OCED Working Group
The OCED standardization process is organized by the OCED Working Group of the IEEE Taskforce in Process Mining.
- OCED Working Group Information (13-10-2025)
- Standardization objectives
- Principles of OCED WG towards community standard
- Approach towards IEEE Standardization
- How to get involved: Core WG, Extended WG, Community Calls
- OCED Working Group co-leads:
- Dirk Fahland, TU Eindhoven (academic co-lead)
- Julian Theis, Deloitte (industrial co-lead) o contact (d.fahland@tue.nl; jutheis@deloitte.de)
- Results and documents of OCED WG
How to get Involved?
The OCED Working Group is structured into
- OCED Core Working Group – small group of PM experts from academia and industry (50%-50%), active development of OCED standard proposal and safeguarding the overall process, frequent meetings; author of documents for OCED standardization
- Extended OCED Working Group – large group of PM experts from academia and industry (25%-75%), provide validation of developed proposals, use case input and adoption feedback and enables broad industry involvement without high workload (input and feedback upon request, approx. every 3 months)
- OCED Community Calls – open online calls and events at the ICPM to keep the entire PM community informed about progress on standardization and invite the extended OCED Working Group for structured feedback (approx. every 3 months)
