The second edition of the Process Mining Conference received 72 full research paper submissions. Each paper was reviewed by at least three Program Committee members; which was followed by a meta-review discussion among the three program co-chairs. At the end of the process, 23 high-quality papers were accepted (the acceptance rate of 32%).

The research program is solid and presentations happened for three days, split into eight sessions corresponding to major areas of research within the field of process mining, such as automated process discovery, conformance checking, anomaly detection and clustering, operational support, predictive analytics, data-preprocessing and analysis, and applications.
