ICPM workshops - extended deadlines

The 2nd International Conference in Process Mining (ICPM 2020, 4-8 October) will be complemented by six workshops, all covering some segment(s) of the field of Process Mining:

  • 1st International Workshop on Event Data and Behavioral Analytics (EDBA)
    EdbA’20 calls for original work on the development of new (or novel applications of existing) techniques, algorithms and data structures for recording, storing, managing, processing, analyzing, and visualizing event data with the purpose of analyzing behavior of all kinds. Event data recorded at various sources, in various forms and at different granularity levels are considered, ranging from frequent sensor-based events in IoT settings to recordings of aggregate or long-running behavior involving time intervals and rich information.
  • 1st International Workshop on Leveraging Machine Learning in Process Mining (ML4PM)
    With the recent boom of machine learning in applications across various areas, we have recently seen growing interest from both industry and academia in applying machine learning techniques to the field of process mining. The goal of this workshop is to establish a forum for researchers and professionals interested in presenting, understanding, and discussing the challenges and opportunities of machine learning in process mining. The main themes include automated process modeling, predictive process mining, application of deep learning techniques, and online process mining.
  • 1st International Workshop on Trust and Privacy in Process Analytics (TPPA)
    Process mining has been successfully applied in all kinds of environments. However, the impact of trust and privacy on the technical design as well as on the organizational application of process mining has been largely neglected. The main objective of the TPPA workshop is to give a forum for trust and privacy aspects and the responsible application of process mining. We invite researchers and industry to share their research, ideas, experiences, and concerns in this area.
  • 3rd International Workshop on Process-Oriented Data Science for Healthcare (PODS4H)
    PODS4H 2020 aims at providing a high-quality forum for interdisciplinary researchers and practitioners (both process analysts and medical audience) to exchange research findings and ideas on healthcare process analysis techniques and practices. PODS4H research includes a wide range of topics from process mining techniques adapted for healthcare processes, to practical issues on implementing PODS methodologies in healthcare centers’ analysis units.
  • 1st International Workshop on Streaming Analytics for Process Mining (SA4PM’20)
    SA4PM aims at promoting the use and development of new techniques to support streaming-based process analysis. It brings together practitioners and researchers from different communities: Process Mining, Stream Data Mining (mining time series, evolving graphs and scalable large data mining), Business Process Management, Database Systems and Information Systems with interest in online analysis and optimization of process-aware information systems with time, storage or complexity restrictions. Results of ongoing research, practical experiences and ideas for future research directions are welcome.
  • 5th International Workshop on Process Querying, Manipulation, and Intelligence (PQMI)
    PQMI 2020 is a high-quality forum for researchers and practitioners to exchange research findings and ideas on methods and practices for:
    1) Systematically retrieving useful information from big arrays of process and event data;
    2) Using inferences from historical process executions to improve future real-world processes; and
    3) Applying representation models and approaches in Artificial Intelligence for solving problems in process mining, and vice versa.

Proceedings of all workshops will be published as a volume of the LNBIP series.
